If we make a mistake or your order arrives damaged or defective, we&#8217;ll work with you to make it right.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Experience team within <strong>14 days of delivery<\/strong>. We may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of abuse.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Eligibility<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stock Products<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stock products are eligible for a <strong>replacement or refund<\/strong> when:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The product arrives damaged.<\/li><li>The product was lost.<\/li><li>An incorrect item was shipped.<\/li><li>Items are no longer wanted. (North America only)<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pay attention:<\/strong> Refunds are available only for unopened items. If you rip the boxes during our livestream or open the item afterward, <strong>no refund<\/strong> is available.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Custom Products<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every custom product is made specifically for you and is considered <strong>Final Sale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sale Items<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All sale and clearance items are <strong>Final Sale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International Orders<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders shipped outside of North America are <strong>Final Sale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order arrives damaged or gets lost, please contact us and we&#8217;ll review your claim.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Request a Replacement or Refund<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your order number<\/li><li>A description of the issue<\/li><li>Clear photographs showing the problem<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are available only for unopened items. If you opened the item, no refund is available.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Production Review<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lost or Stolen Packages<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lost in Transit<\/h4>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our Customer Experience team. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marked as Delivered<\/h4>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your tracking indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors.<\/li><li>Allow up to 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive.<\/li><li>Contact the shipping carrier to initiate a delivery investigation.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
