All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. Order details and tracking information will be provided by email.

Orders ship from China and are normally dispatched within two days. Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us to request a refund. Please record a video while opening the package to help us review damage claims.
